Emily Fletty, Founding Partner
Emily discovered her passion for developing people early on as an Aquatics Director. She knew she liked solving people problems, whether they be skill or will related and HR seemed the best place to do so. Her philosophy is “Life is not a pie” meaning that it is not a zero-sum game. Her success has come from the ability to get to the root of the problem and have the difficult conversations to resolve them. Her career has been built on the ability to apply and correctly scale innovative people solutions.
She has served as the Human Resources leader for both publicly traded and privately held businesses and consulted for a variety of industries ranging from Cannabis to CPG, Energy and Information Security.
Prior to founding Lotus Growth Solutions, Emily had a diverse career in Human Resources as both a trusted HR Business Partner to various C-Suite members, as well as roles leading Talent Management and Learning & Development.
Emily’s expertise has found her leading teams across the globe ranging from Angola to Oman as well as experience in Azerbaijan, Indonesia, and Trinidad & Tobago just to name a few.
When not working Emily likes to be in, on, or under the water, preferably with her husband and their three grown children. She is also an obsessed dog lover.
