Fractional CHRO
Fractional CHRO support is a popular option for businesses who have not yet grown to sufficient size to justify a full-time executive level HR leader but still want executive level HR expertise. This option may also be a temporary solution for businesses who are seeking a full time CHRO and haven’t yet found the right candidate.
On a monthly subscription basis fractional CHRO will answer employment and staff questions, provide coaching, have difficult conversations, manage terminations, provide data and information, and manage HR team members. Additionally, the CHRO will recommend HR best practices, programs, and policies; interpret and apply policies and ensure day to day oversight of the HR function.
